Q: Dog you just walk dogs?

No, we also provide care for reptiles, birds, fish and other small animals such as rabbits and guinea pigs.

Q: How many dogs do you walk at once in a group?

We walk a maximum of 5 dogs at a time in a group unless with a colleague. Our ratio ensures all dogs are properly cared for during their time with us.

Q: Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured. We also hold an enhanced DBS check and Domestic Animal first aid training.

Q: What areas do you cover?

We provide dog walking and small animal pet care in Selby, North Yorkshire and surrounding villages.

Q: How do you transport the dogs?

We have a specially kitted-out long-wheel-based van that caters to all dogs, big or small. It is crated, has air conditioning, and even has its own van shower for those very muddy paw days.

Q: Can you help socialise my puppy?

Yes, depending on age and availability, we would love to introduce your puppy to our pack members. We scaffold their integration by using a buddy system to teach your new pup positive relationship-building skills.

Q: I have a nervous dog. Can you help?

We happily boast many success stories in helping nervous dogs on walks. Many of our successes have now been able to transition onto group walks and enjoy interacting with others. 

Q: I work shifts and will need different days each week. Can you support this?

We have many clients on varying shift patterns and accommodate them by taking weekly bookings. It is important to note that regular client bookings take preference.  Walks for ad hoc clients are booked on a first come/first come basis. 

Q: Dog you walk dogs in heat?

Unfortunately not. We put the safety and well-being of the dogs in our care and our staff first. In the event of your dog coming into heat, we swap to home visits for the duration of their season and return to regular walks once its over.
